Landing Page projects typically take 1 week. Starter sites run 2 weeks. Standard sites are 3–4 weeks, and Premium builds are 4–6 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly we can align on design and how fast feedback comes back — the faster you review, the faster we ship.

No — I work remotely with clients across BC and beyond. Most projects are handled entirely over email and video calls. Being local is a bonus, not a requirement.

Every project includes a 30-day warranty covering bugs and anything that doesn't match what we agreed on. Beyond that, just reach out — I quote one-off updates at a flat rate, so you only pay when you actually need something changed.

25% deposit upfront to book your spot, 75% on launch day. I'll send a proper invoice — no surprises. There are no monthly fees after that; hosting is on me and any future updates are quoted one-off.
